MEG North America Abstract Guidelines

Abstract submissions for MEG North America are now open!

Abstracts are due by September 20th, and abstracts selected for talks will be notified September 26th.

Abstracts may be up to one page in length. Figures and graphs are permitted provided they fit within the page.

Submit to Anna Namyst with the subject line "Abstract Submission for MEG North America 2023".

Trainees: We will recognize exceptional trainee submissions with the Outstanding Trainee Speaking Award. Awardees will give an oral presentation at the MEG North America meeting and will receive a small honoraria after the conference to offset the costs of travel. If you would like to be considered for a travel award, please indicate that with your submission.

Note: this travel award is restricted to trainees residing outside of the greater Washington, D.C. area.
