When submitting requests, use the following format :

 Subject: "PI/Reseacher"
 Date: Tuesday, February 18, 2025
 Protocol: 00-M-0000
 Start Time: 08:30
 End Time: 10:30
 Patient or medical procedure? Yes (indicate procedure)/ No (HV)
